Vorläufige Infos

Das Turnier findet im Rahmen vom Frisbee Festival statt. An vier Tagen dreht sich in der Sportschule Oberhaching alles um die Scheibe.

Das Campustreffen läuft über drei Tage (31.07. bis 02.08.). Es gibt pro Tag eine Runde im Golfstart-Modus. Wir haben uns für dieses Format entschieden, damit ihr auch bei den diversen anderen Events zuschauen und mitmachen könnt. Es ist eine Chillout-Area mit Grill und Bar geplant.

Neben dem Discgolf-Turnier findet die Weltmeisterschaft im Freestyle statt, außerdem gibt es die Deutsche Meisterschaft im DDC sowie eine Ultimate-Veranstaltung. Ihr dürft euch auf ein buntes Rahmenprogramm mit diversen Side Events freuen.

Vergünstigte Übernachtungen im Hotel der Sportschule möglich. Wir haben ein Kontingent an Zimmern geblockt. Nutzt bei der Reservierungsanfrage (E-Mail an info@sportschule-oberhaching.de) den Code „Frisbee Festival 26“.

Scoring

Gescort wird über die turniere.discgolf.de Plattform. Alle Spielenden müssen die Scores ihres kompletten Flights erfassen.

Startplatzvergabe

Um die Vergabe möglichst fair zu gestalten, werden die Startplätze wie folgt vergeben:

Innerhalb der ersten 48 Stunden nach dem Start der Registrierungsphase behandeln wir alle Anmeldungen gleichberechtigt. Der Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung während dieser Zeitspanne spielt keine Rolle.

Später eingehende Anmeldungen werden nachrangig behandelt.

Sollte es mehr Anmeldungen als Startplätze geben, werden Startplätze bevorzugt nach folgenden Kriterien vergeben:

• Jugend und Frauen
• Engagement im Discgolf
• weite Anreise, insbesondere Spieler*innen aus dem Ausland in FF-Reisegruppen
• Mitgliedschaft im ausrichtenden Verein
• ggf. Fahrgemeinschaften, Begleitpersonen, Partner
  (informiert uns gerne über die Turniere-Plattform)
• ausgewogene Divisionsgröße und -stärke

Das TD-Team behält sich vor, die Startplätze entsprechend diesen Kriterien frei zu vergeben.

Abmeldung / Rückerstattung

• Absage bis zwei Wochen vor Turnierbeginn: Rückzahlung des Startgelds in voller Höhe.
• Absage bis eine Woche vor Turnierbeginn: Rückzahlung des Startgelds in halber Höhe.
• Absage weniger als eine Woche vor Turnierbeginn: keine Rückzahlung des Startgelds.
• Zusatzoptionen bis zwei Wochen vor Turnierbeginn vollständige, danach keine Rückzahlung.

Preliminary Infos in English

This tournament takes place as part of the frisbee festival. There will be 4 days of frisbee at the Sportschule Oberhaching.

The Campustreffen extends over three days (July 31st through August 2nd). We play one round per day in golf start mode. We selected this format so that you can watch and participate at the other events. There will be a chill-out area with grille and bar.

Alongside the disc golf tournament there will be the world championships in freestyle, the german championship in DDC and an ultimate event. Look forward to a lot of side events.

We reserved some discounted overnight stays at the hotel of the Sportschule. Ask for them via email to info@sportschule-oberhaching.de and use the code „Frisbee Festival 26“.

Scoring

Scoring is managed via the turniere.discgolf.de platform. All players must record the scores for their entire flight.

Allocation of starter positions

To ensure the allocation is as fair as possible, starter positions will be allocated as follows:

Within the first 48 hours of the registration period opening, all entries will be treated equally. The exact time of registration during this period is irrelevant.

Registrations received later will be treated as secondary.

Should there be more registrations than starting places, starting places will be allocated in preference to the following criteria:

• juniors and women
• Involvement in disc golf
• Long-distance travel, particularly players from abroad in FF travel groups
• Membership of the organising club
• Carpooling, accompanying persons, partners (where applicable)
  (please let us know via the tournament platform)
• Balanced division size and strength

The TD team reserves the right to allocate starting places freely in accordance with these criteria.

Withdrawal / Refund

• Cancellation up to two weeks before the start of the tournament: full refund of the entry fee.
• Cancellation up to one week before the start of the tournament: half refund of the entry fee.
• Cancellation less than one week before the start of the tournament: no refund of the entry fee.
• Additional options: full refund up to two weeks before the start of the tournament; no refund thereafter.
